Party workers are the basic wealth of the party, and training programs are necessary to bring them to the depths of the party’s customs, policies, thoughts and culture, said BJP National General Secretary and State in-charge, MP, Dilip Saikia while inaugurating a three-day training camp organized by the state BJP at Madhuban in Giridih district on Saturday.
He said that on the basis of the past of glorious India, the work of person building, social transformation and then nation reconstruction is continuing from Jana Sangh till now. Training for this is a continuous process. He said that just as exercise is necessary to keep the body healthy, similarly training is necessary for the strength of the organization.
He said that the spirit of service of Mother Bharati should be constantly awakened among the workers, such programs are necessary so that there should never be any deviation in any situation. He said that by preaching, set a good example. Be a role model and create yourself. And the example of this has been presented by the workers in the Corona period.
He threw light on the national paramount idea, first man idea, methodology, worker development of BJP in detail. He called upon the workers of Prime Minister Narendra Modi to carry forward the work of the organization by imbibing the seven basic mantras of service, coordination, balance, restraint, sensitivity, positivity and contact dialogue.
Saikia Said that today we are getting the leadership of the most popular Prime Minister of the world, which is a matter of pride for the country. He said that under the leadership of State President and MP Deepak Prakash, the workers of Jharkhand have strengthened the organization’s work even in adverse circumstances and have fought a long struggle. He said that along with the policies of the party, we have to take the public welfare schemes of the Modi government to the people.
While delivering the presidential address, BJP State President and MP Deepak Prakash said that training is an important programme in the political journey of BJP from Jan Sangh to BJP. BJP is the only party that runs training programmes from Mandal level to National level.
Prakash said that this training programme of the party would infuse new energy among the workers at a place having a wonderful spiritual consciousness. He said that the three-day training camp is organized in 15 sessions in which many topics including ideological side, theoretical foundation, security of the country, self-reliant India, achievements of the central government will be discussed. You will get guidance from subject experts. He said that it is also a refresher course for class workers and also a learning opportunity.
Besides various other senior State and union leaders, the first Jharkhand CM, Babulal Marandi, Godda MP, Nishikant Dubey, Koderma MP and Union Minister of State for education, Annapurna Devi BJP leader were also present on the first day of the three-day workshop and training programme of the saffron party.
