Bengaluru: Over 120 locations in IT city to face power cut between Jan 16 and 19

Bengaluru: Due to the fourth quarter maintenance works on the electricity infrastructure in Bengaluru, many areas in the IT city will be facing power supply disconnections on January 16 to January 19. Several locations in Hebbal, Shivajinagar, Kengeri, Padmanabhanagar and Nelamangala will be facing power supply disruptions, BESCOM informed.

Check affected areas:

January 16:

There will be a power cut in the Kengeri area from 10 am to 3 pm. Locations such as Somanahalli, Shobha Dreams Line and Kumbalagode will not be having the power supply.

January 17:

East Shivajinagar and Hebbal areas from 10 am to 3 pm: Hennur Bande, Samudrika Enclave, Grace Garden Christ Jayanti College, Bilishivale, Asha Township, Aishwarya L/O, Maruti Township, Nagargiri Township, K Narayanapura Cross, BDS Garden, Kothnur, Patel Ramaiah L/O, Anjanappa L/O, CSI Gate Bairati Cross, Bairati Cross, Evergreen, Riches Garden, Andhra Colony, Patalamma Temple School Road, Raju L/O, Prakash Garden, Lakkamma L/O, Christian College Road Mykonos Block 13, Paradiso Block 3, Block 17, Brigade Northridge, Sampigehalli Police Station.

Chokkanahalli Layout, Basavalingappa Nagar, Hegdenagar, Balaji Krupa Layout, Central Excess Layout, Central Revenue Layout, Shiridi Sai Ram Layout, BDS Layout, Railway Main Layout, Thirumenahalli, Bharaticity, Nandanavan Layout, Manipal and KGNPNP.

January 18:

There will be a power cut in Somanahalli, ISKCON, Subrahmanyapur, Somanahalli area of Kengeri from 10 am to 3 pm.

January 19:

Padmanabha Nagar and HSR area from 1:30 pm to 5:30 pm: City Market, Avenue Road, BVK Iyengar Road, RT Road, City Road, Chikkpet, Nagaratpet, SP Road, Town Hall, JC Road, Minerva Circle, KG Road, Gandhi Nagar, Masjid, Mysore Road Police Quarters,

There will be a power cut also at Gori Palya, Binny Pet, New Tharagu Pet, Chamarajpet, AM Road, Kalasipalyam, Victoria Hospital, Kims, Sankarapuram, Dental College Complex.

Mykonos Block Sampigehalli Police Station in Shivajinagar Division and Hebbala Division from 10 am to 3 pm: Chokkanahalli Layout, Basavalingappanagar, Hegdenagar, Balaji Krupa Layout, Central Exit Layout.

Central Revenue Layout, Shiridi Sai Ram Layout, BDS Layout, Railway Main Layout, Thirumenahalli, Bharaticity, Nandanavan Layout, Manipal, KGNPNP, Fidelity, Philips and Incubator.

Hebbal Kempapura, Layautran, Layautran, Venkate Gowda Layout, JNC, L5 Nokia Block, G1 Block, MFAR, Madhuvana M2 Block, Rachenahalli, Srirampur and Chamundeshwari Layout.
