The Vistas II office building at 5516 Falmouth St. in Henrico County and the Vistas I building next door at 5540 Falmouth St., along with One Holland Place office building at 2235 Staples Mill Road, sold for a total of $19.2 million. The three buildings have a total of 155,368 square feet. Midtown Richmond LLC, a Florida-based entity, bought the three-building portfolio from Allegiancy. The buildings are 92% leased to tenants including Kroger, PPD, Commonwealth of Virginia and Azura Vascular Care. The three-story Vistas I and Vista II buildings, constructed in 1987, were assessed for a total of $7.37 million, the county’s online property records show. One Holland Place, a four-story building constructed in 1987, was assessed for $8.3 million, the property records show.
