Business travel management platform CWT has announced the appointment of Cristina Scott (pictured) as head of its Financial Services unit, effective immediately. Based in Southlake, Texas, Scott will report to Nick Vournakis, head of the CWT Global Customer Group.
Prior to her appointment, Scott was vice-president of global operations at CWT Meetings & Events.
“Cristina brings a wealth of experience and a great track record of delivery to this role and I’m excited about our combined potential,” said Nick Vournakis. “With the travel industry in recovery, she is well poised to support the unique needs of our Financial Services clients and empower their travel managers and travellers alike as their business travel plans gain momentum.”
Scott joined CWT in September 2019 after 24 years with Sabre, where she had many commercial management and sales operations roles. She holds an International Master of Business Administration degree.
