Dow Futures Slip After Positive Session, Retail Sales Ahead

Investing.com – U.S. stock futures were trading lower during Tuesday’s evening deals, after major benchmark indices finished the regular session higher as weaker than expected producer price data boosted sentiment ahead of retail sales and further earnings results due later in the week.

By 6:30pm ET (11:30pm GMT) , and fell 0.2% apiece.

In extended deals, Lulu’s Fashion Lounge Holdings Inc (NASDAQ:) shed 16.5% after Q3 EPS of $0.02 versus $0.09 expected, while revenue came in at $105.3 million versus $114.23M expected.

Advance Auto Parts (NYSE:) lost 11.2% after Q3 EPS of $2.84 versus $3.32 expected on revenue of $2.6 billion versus $2.64 billion expected.

Ahead in Wednesday’s session, market participants will be monitoring fresh data, while earnings results from companies including Target Corporation (NYSE:), Cisco Systems Inc (NASDAQ:) and NVIDIA Corporation (NASDAQ:) will be closely watched.

During Tuesday’s regular trade, the added 56.2 points, or 0.2% to 33,592.9, the added 34.5 points or 0.9% to 3,991.7 and the gained 162.2 points or 1.5% to 11,358.4.

On the bond markets, rates were at 3.777%.
