Background/Description of the Disclosure

At the regular meeting of the Board of Directors held today, 04 August 2022, the Board of Directors declared cash dividends in the amount of PhP0.40 per common share. The dividend shall be paid out of the unrestricted earnings of the Corporation distributable as dividends as of 31 December 2021 to common stockholders-of-record as of 18 August 2022. Payment of cash dividends shall be made on 07 September 2022.
