The Supreme Court has stayed the Delhi High Court’s proceedings on enforcement of Emergency Arbitrator’s award restraining FRL from going ahead with a merger deal with Reliance Retail. The top also asked the NCLT, CCI, SEBI not to pass any final order for four weeks in matters related to the Future-Reliance Retail merger deal.
Earlier in March, a single-judge bench of the High Court had ordered the attachment of assets owned by Future Coupons, Future Retail and Future Group promoter Kishore Biyani.
