Greater Noida: Another shocking case was reported from Uttar Pradesh’s Dadri where a 26-year-old man was allegedly beaten up by four in a road rage incident. The incident occurred on Friday evening and four suspects involved in this case have been arrested.

According to the statement of the victim, identified as Videsh Kumar from Khurja in Bulandshahr district, when he had come to pick up his mother from their relative’s place in Dadri, a black Scorpio was moving ahead of his scooty. Suddenly, the SUV driver applied the brakes due to which the vehicle collided with each other.

According to a further probe, at least four people were present inside the SUV who thrashed him. The suspects also damaged his mobile phone during the road rage. The victim approached the cops and lodged a complaint against them.

As per the information by the cops, the victim headed to a private hospital for first aid first right after the brawl.

Following this, a case has been registered against the four suspects under IPC sections 323 (voluntarily causing hurt), 504 (intentional insult to provoke breach of peace), and 427 (mischief causing damage to the amount of ₹50).

A similar incident in Gurugram

A similar incident of road rage took place in Haryana’s Gurugram last month where the duo was brutally thrashed by a group of men with iron rods. An FIR was lodged and nine people were booked for allegedly thrashing the duo.

The incident took place when two cars going in the same direction blocked the victim and his friend’s path. Despite honking, the cars did not give way to the victim’s vehicle.

The victim thereby tried to cross their car to make way for his own which further angered them.

Following this, they stepped out of their cars and started abusing the victim and his friend, and the duo were allegedly kicked and punched by the accused as well.
