Over the last two years, Hero MotoCorp has affected major changes in the leadership team that reports to chairman and CEO Pawan Munjal. This has coincided with a decline in market share. The Splendor brand (including Super Splendor) accounted for 59% of Hero MotoCorp’s sales in the first half of FY23 — up from around 38% in FY18. The volumes of its second largest brand, entry bike HF Deluxe, have almost halved between FY19 and FY22. The Hero Passion and Hero Glamour have dropped out from the list of India’s top 10 selling
