ICG Real Estate appoints new senior advisor


ICG Real Estate has appointed Madeleine Cosgrave (pictured above) as a senior advisor.

She brings a wealth of real estate experience to her new role at ICG, including 20 years at GIC Real Estate where she most recently served as head of the company’s Europe group.

Madeleine holds several advisory positions across the industry, serving as an independent consultant to CBRE Investment Management’s EMEA Investment Committee, and as a non-executive director and audit committee member at LandSec.

On her appointment, Madeleine said: “ICG Real Estate has built a market leading position due to its outstanding track record, highly talented team and nimble and entrepreneurial approach.

“I am excited to work with the business as it moves into its next phase of growth.”
