Essential Qualification and Experience
• The candidate should have a Degree in Law from a recognized university/ Institute.
• Candidates should have post qualification experience in working in Govt./Railway/ Metro Rail Project/PSU in Legal Department and shall be responsible for assisting in Legal issues of the Company, which includes but is not limited to assisting the superior in the following areas: (a) Litigations in the Judicial and Quasi-Judicial forums. (b) Arbitrations and drafting and vetting of various legal and contractual documents like agreements/undertakings, MoUs, etc. (c) To keep a record of court cases and other legal documents.
