NEET UG 2022 state topper from Tamil Nadu Thridev Vinayaka who bagged an AIR 30 said that the NEET exam was unpredictable.

The NEET UG 2022 result was declared on Wednesday and Madurai-based student Thridev Vinayaka became the Tamil Nadu state topper with the all-India rank of 30. He scored 705 out of 720 in the medical entrance exam.

NEET is conducted annually by the National Testing Agency (NTA) for students who wish to pursue Bachelor of Medicine (MBBS), Dentistry (BDS) and AYUSH (BAMS, BUMS, BHMS, etc.) courses in government and private institutions in India and abroad.

2-YEAR CLASSROOM PROGRAMME

Thridev Vinayaka told reporters in Madurai that he enrolled in a 2-year classroom programme in Class 11 to crack NEET.

When he started training, he aimed to get over 600 marks, but as the practice sessions increased, his final goal was achieving 720 and above.

‘NEET EXAMS UNPREDICTABLE’

Thridev said that the NEET exams were unpredictable — in 2020, physics was easy but in 2021, physics was tough. In 2022, chemistry and biology were tough.

Hard work and constant preparation along with time management will help clear NEET, said the topper.

He said that it was his efforts in understanding the concepts and the strict adherence to the study schedule that enabled him to score high marks in NEET.

“Apart from that, I studied the question banks online. I attended virtual motivational sessions and seminars on time management skills to prepare for the exam,” Thrived told reporters.

“I spent over 8 hours preparing each day during the last one month. I have been able to reach this level because of hard work,” added the NEET UG state topper.
