[ad_1]

Leading technology companies will be showcasing their products and solutions at the annual NRF Big Show, January 15-17, 2023, in New York City.
NRF 2023SATO

SATO America, a leader in modern identification and labeling solutions, is helping supermarkets, grocery stores and convenience chains better manage inventory, reduce expired products and optimize labor costs through two new offerings.

SATO Dynamic Pricing removes this barrier by automatically repricing products as they near their sell-by date, appealing to price-conscious consumers and reducing the volume of expirations by moving older products first.

Fujitsu Frontech

Fujitsu Frontech, a leader in retail technology and front-end solutions, is delivering the next generation of retail self-service innovations at NRF 2023.

Retailers can use Fujitsu S3 (Self-Service Simplified) to transform operations and improve productivity by delivering self-service solutions that are simple to deploy, integrate, and develop, while providing retail shoppers with the engaging experiences they are looking for.

Fujitsu Frontech’s self-checkout solution U-SCAN Venture will be on display. U-SCAN Venture is built on top of the updated Fujitsu Cash Automated Solution SmartCASH SE cash box module, a full currency and coin recycling unit now with bulk coin acceptance.

Fujitsu Frontech is expanding self-service with an in-aisle solution for non-barcoded and/or weighted items. Using Fujitsu’s A.I. technology, U-SCAN VisionScale automatically identifies items, weighs, and prints a self-adhesive barcode label that can be scanned at POS, self-checkout, or via mobile shopping applications to easily complete the transaction.

Fujitsu Frontech will also be exhibiting several self-service innovations, including the cashless U-SCAN Express+ SCO, U-SCAN BOLT self-service kiosk, and an innovative suite of retail software tools designed for simplified reporting, interventions, and more.

Digital Wave Technology

Digital Wave Technology will reveal Maestro AI, artificial intelligence (AI) that enables brands and retailers to drive high-velocity omnichannel success. Digital Wave’s existing PIM / PXM Suite, which has delivered significant ROI to major brands and retailers, is further enhanced by these AI-powered capabilities.

Pactum

Pactum, a developer of AI-driven autonomous negotiation technology, is participating in the National Retail Federation’s 2023 Retail Big Show.

Event participants can visit the NRF Innovation Lab, booth #8004 to witness Pactum’s intelligent chatbot negotiate merchandising deals autonomously.

Walmart deployed Pactum’s autonomous negotiations technology to bring suppliers better terms and improved savings. To date, Pactum’s intelligent chatbot has closed deals with 68 percent of the suppliers approached and generated an average savings of 3 percent for Walmart.

83 percent of suppliers described Pactum’s chatbot as easy to use and liked the ability to make counteroffers. Pactum’s technology also allows Walmart to conduct contract negotiations with 2,000 suppliers simultaneously, something no human buyer can do.

Zebra Technologies

Zebra Technologies introduced The Modern Store by Zebra designed to help retailers solve the most pressing challenges they face in operating their stores.

The Modern Store by Zebra empowers retailers to better engage associates, optimize inventory and elevate the customer experience. The Modern Store by Zebra and supporting solutions will be showcased in Booth #3403 at the National Retail Federation (NRF) Annual Convention & EXPO Jan. 15-17, 2023 at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York City.

The Modern Store by Zebra features modern mobile devices and complementary capabilities like advanced communication and collaboration, optimized workforce management and streamlined task management solutions.

The Modern Store by Zebra ensures inventory is accurate across all channels, available and easy to locate in stores without undue burden on associates. It also removes friction from critical inflection points to make shopping experiences easier and more enjoyable, from browsing to checkout and purchase.

The Modern Store by Zebra will help retailers close the gap between planning and execution for labor, inventory and customer experience plans, giving retailers the ability to drive success today with the agility to forecast and adapt for tomorrow.

Brierley

Brierley announced it will exhibit its LoyaltyonDemand with PopID’s facial verification technology at NRF 2023: Retail’s Big Show in New York, January 15-17, 2023. This point-of-sale integration will enhance the customer experience and increase customer engagement by making it easier for loyalty program members to participate and redeem rewards with facial verification.

PopID provides a safe, secure authentication service to verify an individual’s identity based on facial biometrics for applications such as loyalty, payment and entry. OPEX

OPEX Corporation, a leader in Automation, is expanding the capabilities of its Sure Sort Warehouse Automation technology to incorporate radio frequency identification (RFID) scanning to meet client needs and increase operational speed and efficiency.

OPEX has added the option of RFID scanning capabilities to meet growing needs from clients, especially apparel manufacturers and retailers. Bar codes sometimes get hidden in garments and require additional operator handling, which slows operations.

Because RFID employs radio waves, scanning does not require a visual connection. In addition to the apparel industry, RFID scanning is popular for cell phone and pharmaceuticals processing to name a few applications.
