HOUSTON – (Realty News Report) – The Greater Houston Partnership announced the organization’s president and CEO, Bob Harvey, plans to retire at the end of 2023. Harvey, 67, joined the business organization in 2012. The partnership is searching for new leadership.
HOUSTON – Hines announced that Steve Luthman has been promoted to chief executive officer of the U.S. Midwest and Southeast regions and Canada, and Syl Apps has been promoted to chief executive officer of the South America region. They are now responsible for all development, acquisition, asset management, and operations activity in their regions.
HOUSTON – Anticipating further growth into 2023, Bold Fox Development has hired Dane Plumley as its new Senior Project Manager. A licensed professional engineer in Texas, Plumley recently worked as a Land Acquisition Manager for the Houston division of K. Hovnanian Homes.
FORT WORTH – Trademark Property Co. a mixed-use investor, developer and operator, has named Nancy San Pedro as Senior Vice President, Asset Management. Terry Montesi is CEO of Trademark, which has a mixed-use, retail and institutional services portfolio includes Galleria Dallas, WestBend and Alliance Town Center in Fort Worth; Market Street in The Woodlands and others.
PHOENIX – Cushman & Wakefield has added two industrial brokers to its industrial sales and leasing teams in Phoenix. Joining the firm are Micki Strain, Managing Director, who will specialize in institutional industrial investment sales, and Foster Bundy, Senior Associate, who will focus on industrial leasing and private capital sales.
RALEIGH, N.C. – JLL announced that Justin Booth has joined the firm’s Raleigh office as Senior Vice President on the Industrial team. Prior to joining JLL, Booth served as Principal in Avison Young’s Raleigh-Durham office.
SAN JOSE, Calif. – Cushman & Wakefield announced that leading investment sales professionals Scott J. Prosser, Vice Chairman, and Jack DePuy, Executive Managing Director, have joined the firm, bringing decades of Capital Markets experience in industrial, office and research & development (R&D) property.
