people unable to access credit and debit cards

Commonwealth Bank’s online banking services are down, with a number of people unable to access their credit and debit cards.
Customers flooded Twitter with complaints they were unable to log in to their online banking account, as well as access credit card and debit card accounts.

CommBank confirmed it was dealing with an “issue” and apologised for the disruption.

“We’re aware of an issue with the CommBank app and NetBank affecting credit cards and debit cards,” it posted on Twitter.

“Some card settings may also be unavailable right now. We apologise for disrupting your morning, we’re working urgently to fix this as soon as we can.”
