Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews says a re-elected Labor government promises to revive the State Electricity Commission to deliver renewable electricity and provide 59,000 new jobs to all Victorians.
“Labor is going to bring back the SEC, Labor is going to not talk about a transition but deliver renewable electricity, 59,000 jobs, fully 6,000 of those jobs will be apprentices,” Mr Andrews said during a media conference.
“We will again have a situation in this state where electricity is not about profit but about people.”
