NEW DELHI: RMZ Corp has appointed Avnish Singh as managing director, Investment Management, the company said in a media release.
Singh’s role will include new project acquisitions and capital raising. “He will play a key role in RMZ Corp’s expansion strategy,” said Arshdeep Sethi, senior managing director of the company.
With over 20 years of experience, Singh has previously worked at Tishman Speyer and GE Capital Real Estate. He is an alumnus of Harvard Business School, ICFAI, Fergusson College, and Gokhale Institute of Politics & Economics.
RMZ Corp aims to propel their current 67 million sq ft of real assets, valued at $10 billion, to 87 million sq ft which will be valued at $15 billion by 2026.
