Sania Mirza shares pics with family from Medina, Huma Qureshi reacts | Bollywood

Tennis ace Sania Mirza has travelled to Medina ahead of Ramadan to offer prayers along with her family. Taking to Instagram on Tuesday, Sania shared a bunch of pictures also featuring her son Izhaan Mirza Malik, parents–Imran Mirza and Nasima Mirza, sister Anam Mirza and her husband-cricketer Mohammed Asaduddin. In the first photo, Sania and her son looked at each other as they smiled. Sania held Anam’s daughter in her arms in the next photo while looking at her lovingly. Sania also posted a selfie from Medina.

Sania posed with her parents, Imran and Asaduddin as Anam clicked a selfie in one of the pictures. They stood on a field as mountains were seen in the background. Sania also shared a mirror selfie from her hotel room in which Anam was seen in her arms while Imran stood in front of his mother. She geo-tagged the location as Medina, Saudi Arabia.

Sharing the pictures, Sania captioned the post, “Allhamdulillah (palms up together emoji) May Allah accept our prayers ..” Reacting to the post, Irfan Pathan wrote, “Ameen.” Huma Qureshi posted several heart emojis in the comments section. Rakshanda Khan said, “May Allah accept all your duas!”

Several people also asked Sania about her husband-cricketer Shoaib Malik. A comment read, “Where is Shoaib Malik?” “Just that Shoaib brother is not in it,” wrote an Instagram user.

Last year, several rumours emerged online about the divorce of Sania and Shoaib. Many reports claimed that Shoaib and Sania allegedly ended their 12-year-long marriage. The duo married in 2010 and have been staying in Dubai ever since. They welcomed Izhaan in 2018. Amid the rumours, they were seen hosting The Mirza Malik Show on Urduflix.

Along with Sania, Anam also shared several pictures on her Instagram account on Tuesday. She wrote, “There is indescribable peace & joy here! So grateful to be here. Alhamdulillah x 100 @alkhalidtours thank you for planning this for us!”

Sania’s pilgrimage comes weeks after she bid adieu to tennis earlier this month in Hyderabad. A farewell bash was also held in the city which was attended by Mahesh Babu, Namrata Shirodkar, AR Rahman, Dulquer Salmaan, Huma Qureshi, and Diana Penty among many others.
