Laura Millar from the Galgorm Collection, Ciaran O’Neill of Bishop’s Gate Hotel and Niall McKenna, James Street South and Waterman House, also joined the event for  a panel discussion on doing things differently to attract & retain staff and make hospitality and tourism a better career choice.

The next event in the Tourism Enterprise Development Programme is entitled ‘Leaner & Greener’ and will be held on 22nd November in Titanic Belfast. It will look at how to drive cost saving initiatives for businesses and will feature contributions from Invest NI, Consumer Council, Business in the Community and Keep NI Beautiful.
