Trident Realty to invest Rs 700 crore in development of independent floors in Panchkula

Trident Realty is planning to invest Rs 700 crore for the construction of 412 units of low-rise premium independent floors at Trident Hills project in Panchkula.

This low-rise development is part of the integrated township – Trident Hills and offers exclusive living spaces that prioritize privacy, safety, and security.

Trident Realty is developing Trident Hills, a 200-acre integrated township.

“We have seen significant response from buyers last year during our project launch, further strengthening our vision of creating integrated township in Panchkula. We are confident of our expansion plans as we have an impressive pipeline of launches ahead,” said S K Narvar, Group Chairman, Trident Realty.

Each independent floor will be constructed on 360 and 545 square yard plot with a starting price of Rs 2.22 crore. The company expects revenue of Rs 1000 crore from the sales of independent floors.

And Tri-city (Panchkula) due to its strategic location, connectivity, quality of life and economic opportunities has seen a huge surge in demand for independent floors, which reflects a shift towards a more personalized and secure living experience,” said Parvinder Singh, Chief Executive Officer, Trident Realty. The property is strategically situated along the Zirakpur-Panchkula-Kalka highway, surrounded by natural habitats like Bir Shikargah, Khol-Hai Raitan, and Sukhna Wildlife Sanctuaries, apart from the Kaushalya dam near the project. Morni Hills, a popular tourist attraction, is just a 26 km drive away from Trident Hills. Additionally, the residential development is located only 20 km from the scenic Sukhna Lake, Chandigarh.The company has been developing projects in NCR, MMR & Tri-City (Chandigarh), with its footprints across residential, retail, commercial, and hospitality sectors. The company has delivered over 20.34 million sq ft of residential and commercial space in the high-growth centers, and 12.91 million sq ft is under various stages of construction in residential, retail, hospitality, and commercial segments.
