Trouble for Yatra.com? Govt may impose hefty penalty for not refunding air ticket cancellation amount – The Economic Times Video

Consumer Affairs ministry may take stern action against the travel portal Yatra.com. ET Now has learnt that the portal is accused of not refunding booking amount of over 21K passengers of flights cancelled during COVID 19. After receiving many complaints, Consumer Affairs ministry has taken suo-moto action as Rs 14.69 crore still pending refund to 21,387 customers even after two years of COVID.
