Vistara celebrates 50 ml customers milestone with #50MillionFeelings, ET Infra

Aviation company Vistara, co-owned by Tata Group and Singapore Airlines, has said that it has clocked 50 million customers since its inception. Commemorating the occasion, the airline said that it has decided to launch a campaign ‘#50MillionFeelings’ as a tribute to the emotions fostered in consumers over the years.

The company said that the 50 millionth passenger received a once-in-a-lifetime experience that included pick-up and drop-off service in a luxury chauffeur-driven car, a surprise cabin upgrade to Business Class, gratis Gold Tier membership in the Club Vistara loyalty program, exclusive lounge access, luggage assistance, and more.

Customers were also surprised with cabin renovations to their Premium Economy and Business Class accommodations at major airports. The highlight of this celebration was an anamorphic 3D display at Delhi, Mumbai, and Bengaluru airports that encompassed 50 million customer feelings over the years, as well as unique hoardings in Delhi and Mumbai.

Speaking on the occasion, Deepti Sampat, VP, Marketing, Vistara said: “We wanted to tell our story of achieving an important milestone of flying 50 Million Customers – 50 Million Customers, 50 Million Journeys & #50Million Feelings. As a key driver of this campaign, we wanted to attempt something that’s innovative and eye catching, thus ensuring virality.”
