womens day: Waterfield Advisors launches wealth advisory platform for women, calls it ‘Heritage’

On the occasion of International Women’s Day, multi-family office and wealth advisory firm Waterfield Advisors has launched their wealth advisory platform for women called Heritage. Leveraging their decade-long experience of managing and servicing high-net-worth(HNW) and UHNW women on investment and non-investment needs, Waterfield has crafted an exclusive wealth advisory proposition with a singular focus on improving the relationship of HNW women with their wealth.

Through Heritage by Waterfield, women will be able to access Waterfield’s no-conflict advice across asset classes, portfolio managers, and geographic regions, enjoy curated financial literacy programs for themselves and their next generation through ‘How Wealth Works’ workshops, and attend powerful women-only networking events.

Heritage also promises to focus on softer aspects of HNW women’s challenges such as fundraising for their businesses, education consulting for next-gen, creating impact through their philanthropic giving, and preferential access to events and concierge services. Heritage clients can also access Waterfield’s non-investment services in succession and estate planning, and family governance.

Soumya Rajan, Founder & CEO, Waterfield Advisors, stated, “Approximately one-third of the global wealth is now owned by women. With our decade-long experience advising women of wealth, we identified the need for the wealth management ecosystem to evolve and cater to this growing demographic uniquely. With our distinctive proposition, we aim to help women become more confident and comfortable with their wealth, advise them on their investment decisions, and build a strong community of women of wealth in the country.”

Nita Shivdasani, Head of Heritage and Executive Director – Global Client Origination and Coverage, commented, “Heritage will be dedicated to providing financial empowerment for our next-gen women inheritors, entrepreneurs, and professionals through our advisory platform. We can play a positive role in closing the financial asset gap that would help women build financial independence and security for their future.”
