Kashish Aneja & Shivam Kakkar’s venture ‘Xero Degrees’ is gearing up for an explosive expansion as it approaches its 5th anniversary. They are targeting a total of 100 outlets across India by the end of June ‘23.

Often referred to as the ‘most Instagrammable and pocket-friendly’ cafe, Xero Degrees is a favorite destination for many. A haven for ardent cheese lovers, this is the brand that introduced the Jar concept with their innovative dishes like Fries in a Jar, Pizza in a Jar and Waffle in a Jar. The brand has surely come a long way since opening their 1st outlet in Connaught Place, New Delhi to  recently opening their flagship outlet in Koramangala, Bengaluru. The company is all set to open five more outlets in Bengaluru in the next 6 months. Additionally, they plan to open a total of 50 new outlets in India this year. 

“Our commitment to serving the most innovative dishes coupled with our strong social media presence, has fueled a high demand from customers across India. With our explosive expansion plans, we aim to make our brand accessible to more customers, and offer a unique culinary experience,” shared co-founder Kashish Aneja.

As part of their expansion plan, they also are seeking a Venture Capitalist who can further help them execute their plans efficiently. “The next 5 years are going to be crucial for our brand, and we are committed to investing not less than 100 crore to support our expansion plans. The idea is to open company-owned outlets and facilitate a more controlled way of working. While we are slowly shifting our focus on the south and southeast regions of India this year, we will soon be planning a major expansion in the south with a bang,” added Shivam kakkar.

In addition to domestic expansion, Xero Degrees is also in the process of expanding internationally, with plans to target Canada, Australia and the Middle-East.
