Just when the e-commerce industry was looking for an alternative to air shipments, Zast Logisolutions, which operates under the brand Onmove, came up with its asset-light model for middle-mile operations. Now it is eyeing a diversified customer base. But managing scale with the same level of efficiency will be a key challenge.
