Zolostays foray into luxury hotel space with launch of Hotel Z Triloha in Bengaluru

Zolostays, the largest co-living and student-housing platform has forayed into luxury hotel segment in India.

The company has launched its first luxury hotel in India, Hotel Z Triloha, in Bellandur, Bengaluru. The locality house major tech parks like Embassy Tech Village, RMZ Ecoworld, Cessna Tech Park, and leading companies such as Adobe, Myntra, and LinkedIn.

“Our entry into the luxury segment with this launch in Bangalore marks a significant milestone in our expansion plans. Our expansion strategy is built on extensive market research and a deep understanding of local culture and regulations, coupled with an unwavering commitment to excellence,” said Nikhil Sikri, Co-founder and CEO of ZoloStays.

Zolostays, the largest co-living brand in the country, is looking to more than double its portfolio by the end of this year, driven by higher booking and occupancy, said Nikhil Sikri, CEO of the firm.

Zolo has raised approximately $90 million, and the next round of funding will be raised this year to fuel its growth plans.
