Bhawani Mandi railway station is located on the Delhi-Mumbai railway line. It has links to two different states as well.
This railway station is uniquely divided between Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh.
Due to the division between two different states, every train that stops at Bhawani Mandi station has its engine in Rajasthan and its coach in Madhya Pradesh.
The Rajasthan board has been installed at one end of Bhawani Mandi railway station, while the board of Madhya Pradesh has been installed at the other end.
Attari Railway Station:
If you are looking to catch a train from Attari railway station or get off at the station, you must have a visa.
Attari railway station in Amritsar, located on the border of India and Pakistan, is strictly prohibited without a visa.
Security forces are present to monitor the activity 24 hours at the station. A person caught without a visa can also be booked and punished.
Unnamed railway Station in Jharkhand:
The train from Ranchi to Tori, the capital of Jharkhand, also passes through an unnamed station.
There are no signboards seen. When trains started operating from this station for the first time in 2011, the railways thought of naming it as Barkichampi, but due to the protests by locals, this station still remains unnamed.
Another nameless railway station:
Another railway station is fully functional but has no name.
The unnamed railway station on the Bankura-Masgram railway line, 35 km from Bardhaman in West Bengal, was constructed in the year 2008.
The station was initially named Rainagarh, but locals made an official complaint to the railway board to change the name of the station.
Since then, this station has been running without a name.
Navapur Railway Station:
The name of Navapur railway station also comes from one of the most unique railway stations in India.
One part of this station is in Maharashtra and the other is in Gujarat.
Navapur railway station is divided into two parts in different states, where both Maharashtra and Gujarat are written on everything from platform to bench.
Announcements at the station are also made in 4 different languages, which are, Hindi, English, Marathi and Gujarati.
