JPMorgan Chase announced Burke Davis as Real Estate Banking (REB) Northeast Region Market Manager, effective January 1. Davis is replacing Greg Reimers who held the role since 2007 and will retire from the firm early next year. Davis will report to Michelle Herrick, Head of REB for JPMorgan Chase.

The REB business delivers customized debt solutions and treasury services products to real estate developers, investors, operating companies and investment funds across the US.

“The Northeast region is an important market as we continue to grow and expand our business,” said Herrick. “As a respected leader in New York and the broader real estate community, I’m thrilled to see Burke assume this role within the firm.”

Davis moves over from running the Real Estate Syndicated Finance team at JPMorgan, which he started in 2012. Before coming to the firm, Davis spent 11 years primarily in real estate syndication roles at Bank of America and predecessor firms LaSalle Bank and Fleet Bank.

“I’m excited to lead an exceptional team that is committed to helping clients achieve their goals,” said Davis. “We are well equipped to deliver valuable insights and innovative solutions as clients anticipate and respond to evolving business and market needs.”
