Rajasthan-based Manglam group will invest Rs 200 crore in developing a luxury residential project at Jagatpura, Jaipur.Manglam Group is targeting Rs 100 crore in sales by March 2024 and an additional Rs 90 crore by March 2025 from the Rambagh Project, which is expected to be completed by December 2024. Spanning across 2.2 acre of prime land, the Manglam Rambagh Project offers 114 flats spread over six floors.
“This project is our maiden venture entirely dedicated to the green building concept. The project incorporates eco-friendly features and innovations that reduce our carbon footprint and promote sustainable practices,” said Amrita Gupta, Director of Manglam Group.
The apartment price ranges between Rs 1.38 crore to Rs. 3.73 crore.
With 22,990 delivered units spanning townships, residences, and more, totalling 421.98 lakh sqft by March 2023, the group has 69 completed and 24 ongoing projects.
In addition to real estate, group has ventures like Manglam Resort, ManglamPlus Medicity, and Fun Kingdom amusement park.
