Malouf Home and home fragrance brand Pura have created signature scents designed to enhance the sleep experience.
Logan, Utah – Malouf Home has teamed up with smart home fragrance brand Pura to develop a Sleep Well Set.
Pura is a plug-in diffuser that pairs with a mobile app for total customizable control like scent intensity, programmable timing and other features. The companies have partnered on two signature scents to enhance the sleep experience.
“We focus on how to bring innovation into the sleep routine, and Pura devices are fresh tech that helps users customize their homes,” said Scott Carr, Malouf marketing director. “We wanted to combine our sleep expertise with their fragrance expertise to create this exciting new offering.”
The Malouf Sleep Well Set by Pura includes a Pura device and the signature scents Rest and Rise. While the scents can be used any time of day, the fragrance team designed the soothing scent of Rest for nightly unwinding and the refreshing aroma of Rise for energizing mornings.
Rest includes notes of bergamot, cardamom and sandalwood, while Rise smells of fresh orange blossom, mint and jasmine. Both scents are IFRA-certified as free from harmful chemicals and additives, making them safe for children and pets. The ingredients are also eco-friendly and ethically sourced.
“At Pura, we are passionate about expanding luxury, responsibly sourced, safe scents into the home,” said Mara Dumski, Pura’s chief fragrance experience officer. “Our partnership with Malouf brings the restorative power of fragrance into users’ sleep routines for a truly immersive experience.”
Malouf experts recommend pairing the Sleep Well Set by Pura with a Malouf adjustable bed base, both of which have apps that can be used from most smartphones. The apps allow users to create a nightly routine: scheduling the calming Rest scent in the evening to relax and using the timed massage feature on an adjustable base to relieve stress. For the morning, users can schedule the Rise scent and the alarm feature on the Malouf base app.
The Pura and Malouf collaboration will be available later this year.
Each of Pura’s designer-grade fragrances are formulated with responsibly sourced ingredients. Since its 2018 launch, Pura has developed luxury fragrance collaborations with brands like Capri Blue, Nest New York and LAFCO.
