It is actually 1000 Cr arbitration case….. as per MMDA act if mines were allocated directly than asset sale cant happen…..this was reason why ultratech could not acquire 3 mmtpa capacity from jpa….banks were losers…..but this is only front end drama….meant to rise through the rough weather…the said 3 mmtpa plant will be coming back to JPA….at present valuation is close to 800 Cr to 1000 Cr before working capital adjustment…for a fully integrated cement plant…..fully integrated means it should have coal mine supply… limestone mine supply…. integrated power plant…and established distributors network…so next quarter in BS entry would be cancellation of asset held for sale 1000 Cr. and liabilities against it.
