MUMBAI: Akasa Air on Friday launched non-stop daily flights from Srinagar, the capital of Jammu & Kashmir, to Mumbai.
The inaugural flight departed from Sheikh ul-Alam International Airport at 1:55 pm and is expected to land at Mumbai-Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport at 5 pm. The daily departure from Mumbai is at 10.40 am and the flight lands in Srinagar at 1.20 pm. The new route strengthens Akasa Air’s presence in North India while offering enhanced and convenient options for travel between the two cities,” said the airline, in a press statement.
