The Bank of Baroda (BoB) has put Bollywood actor Sunny Deol’s bungalow in Mumbai’s Juhu locality on sale to recover dues worth Rs 56 crore.
The house, ‘Sunny Villa’, spread over one-sixth of an acre will be auctioned on September 25, showed the public notice issued by the lender.
The bank has set the reserve price for the property at Rs 51.43 crore.
Deol has been in the news for the success of his latest Hindi movie Gadar-2 that has so far collected over Rs 330 crore.
