CARMICHAELS, Pa. (AP) _ CB Financial Services Inc. (CBFV) on Thursday reported net income of $118,000 in its second quarter.
The Carmichaels, Pennsylvania-based bank said it had earnings of 2 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring costs, came to 5 cents per share.
The holding company for Pennsylvania-based Community Bank posted revenue of $13.1 million in the period. Its revenue net of interest expense was $12.3 million, topping Street forecasts.
CB Financial Services shares have fallen 2.5% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Thursday, shares hit $23.48, a rise of roughly 2% in the last 12 months.
