Christie’s International Real Estate Sereno, the largest locally owned and operated independent real estate brokerage leader in Northern California, announced today that Eric Chu, a proven real estate professional and leader of the Key Luxury Estates team in the San Francisco Peninsula market has joined Christie’s International Real Estate Sereno, exiting Keller Williams.
Since becoming a licensed realtor in 2017, Chu’s sales have kept him in the top 1% of all realtors in the area and always within the top percentage of agents in his brokerage’s market center. Last year, Chu was honored as one of the top agents in his office, with GCI exceeding $2.5 million. In 2021, Chu along with his team produced an impressive $135 million in real estate sales volume.

Chu joins the Christie’s International Real Estate Sereno office in Burlingame that serves as a gateway to some of the nation’s most expensive residential markets, strengthening the company’s growth in the region.

The Christie’s network provides the firm’s clients with marketing exposure throughout 50 countries and the social network and clientele of the famed auction house.
Earlier this year the firm opened a new office in Menlo Park, anchored by a group of former Compass agents. In addition to Chu, Sereno’s Burlingame office now is enriched by nearly 40 former Compass agents including former San Francisco Peninsula Compass founding agent, Phil Chen who completed over $250M in sales last year, the Watson Marshall team, a dynamic and well-respected top producing partnership between two of the most recognized and celebrated Realtors in the Bay Area, and the Damelio Group. The Burlingame office on its own projects over $1 billion in annual sales, making it one of the top offices in California on a per agent productivity basis.
