VCU Health’s distribution center at 3008 Mechanicsville Turnpike in eastern Henrico County was sold for $8.075 million. Exeter Property Group, a Pennsylvania-based real estate investment management firm, acquired the 89,931-square-foot distribution center from SCP-G Mechanicsville LLC, which had bought the building in 2019, according to Henrico’s online property records. VCU Health uses the building as its supply chain logistics headquarters and serves as the health system’s primary distribution facility for its regional health care operations. The health system is under a long-term lease for the center, which had been used as a Pepsi distribution facility. Brokers from Colliers International represented the seller in the deal.
