Dallas real estate firm plans Park Cities residential projects

A Dallas real estate firm is targeting the Park Cities area for a series of new residential projects.

The Stainback Organization is opening its first luxury rental condo project this summer in University Park.

Called The Morrow, the townhouse style rental development includes almost a dozen homes.

The 1,630 to 1,750 square-foot units rent starting at more than $5,600 a month and will open in June.

The property firm has set up its new Stainback Luxury Residential division to do more development in the area.

Stainback Organization owns and rents more than 40 residential properties in the Park Cities and North Dallas.

“Our development strategy is much more than a handful of units sprinkled throughout the community,” Ford Stainback, head of Stainback Luxury Residential, said in a statement. “It is a re-imagining of University Park.

“We are creating modern private luxury with Highland Park style, protecting the look and feel of the neighborhoods while offering the amenities you would expect in that area of Dallas.”

Stainback is working on other new projects on Druid Lane and Emerson and Daniel avenues near Highland Park High School.

The Stainback Organization has a more than three-decade track record in North Texas commercial real estate.
