For long, S Eswara Reddy has been the face for India’s powerful drug regulatory body, the Central Drugs Standard Control Organization (CDSCO). Since 1998, when Reddy joined as a drug inspector in Mumbai, it has been a steady climb. In 2018, he was named the Drugs Controller General of India (DCGI), the youngest to take the top role.
