Once the allotment process is completed, land possession will be granted to the successful applicants. Allottees will have 90 days from the issuance of the allotment letter to pay the total premium, including registration fees, with a 2% rebate offered for prompt payment.

Alternatively, allottees can choose to pay 40% of the total premium within 60 days from the allotment letter, with the remaining balance payable over three years in six half-yearly installments. To participate in this scheme, interested parties can take part in the e-auction process for the allotment of these commercial plots.
