IITPL aims to establish cathlabs in every 718 district in India by 2030

Bengaluru-based, Innovation Imaging Technologies Pvt Ltd (IITPL), recently inaugurated a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility for cathlabs. IITPL aims to establish cathlabs in every 718 district in India by 2030.

 

IITPL boasts of having the smallest footprint for a cathlabs, which consumes lesser space as well as saves long-term recurring costs of running the facility. It has optimised harmful X-ray radiation, with 30 per cent less input dose, thereby resulting in much lesser scatter radiation, hence safer. Furthermore, CATH LAB has a world-class industrial design and has won Design Awards internationally as well.

 

Present on the occasion were Nitin Gadkari, Minister for Road Transport and Highways, Government of India, Dr K Sudhakar, Minister of Medical Education and Health, Government of Karnataka, Dr C N Ashwath Narayan, Minister of Science and Technology, Higher Education and IT, BT, Government of Karnataka, Dr Jitendra Sharma, MD and CEO, AMTZ, Dr CN Manjunath, Director, Sri Jayadeva Institute of Cardiovascular Sciences and Research and Gaurav Agarwal, MD, IITPL, and other senior members of the organisation were also present.
