International Women’s Day: BoB announces special offers for women account holders on International Women’s Day

In honor of International Women’s Day on March 8, Bank of Baroda has unveiled special offers for its women account holders. The offer is applicable for accounts such as the BoB Mahila Shakti Savings Account or the BoB Women Power Current Account, which must be opened by June 30, 2024. Additionally, loan facilities must be availed of by December 31, 2024, to be eligible for the benefits, the bank stated.

These women-centric accounts offer a range of exclusive benefits, including up to a 25 basis points interest rate concession on retail loans. This concession includes 0.25% on two-wheeler loans, 0.15% on education loans, and 0.10% on auto loans, home loans, and mortgage loans.

Furthermore, there will be a complete waiver of processing charges on retail loans, including personal loans, and a 50% discount on annual safe deposit locker charges, the bank added.

Bank of Baroda’s Managing Director and CEO, Debadatta Chand, expressed his delight in extending support to women and women-led enterprises on this International Women’s Day.

“On this International Women’s Day, we are pleased to extend our support to women and women-led enterprises and champion their journey towards financial empowerment and independence with a range of tailored offerings that provide enhanced value,” BoB MD and CEO Debadatta Chand said.
