jcpenney: JCPenney India appoints Kaushik Das as new Managing Director

JCPenney India has appointed Kaushik Das as its new Managing Director (MD). Das will be based out of the Bengaluru office and will drive innovation and lead the transformation strategy for the center.

Das brings with him over 22 years of global experience in strategy, operations, transformation, customer experience, enterprise programs & change management – across retail, fintech, financial services, and consulting within GCCs.

Das has held key leadership roles at organisations such as Kabbage Inc., and Target. In his most recent role as a global senior director of operations and analytics at Giant Eagle, he was responsible for shaping and building the foundation of the GCC across all dimensions of people, processes, and technology.
