LEE COUNTY, Fla.– The Lee County Sheriff’s Office completed two back-to-back rescues on Wednesday.
At Estero Bay Preserve in Fort Myers, deputies helped a lost bicyclist who was stuck in the mud. LCSO’s Aviation Unit spotted the cyclist and directed deputies to him.
LCSO helped two more cyclists in North Fort Myers when one of the riders had a medical episode. The Aviation Unit was able to land off of North River Road and pick up the cyclist. about:blankFacebook URL
