Seeing the fast-growing kidswear market in India, many brands are setting up their brick-and-mortar stores in different regions of India. One such multi-brand luxury kidswear brand Les Petits plans to eye retail expansion in the South and East of India due to the increase in sales, especially in those regions.

“Considering that our brand focuses on luxury offerings, we strategically started by opening our stores in the metro cities of Delhi and Mumbai at premium locations of DLF Emporio and Palladium, respectively,” said Les Petits’ Founder and President Swati Saraf.

Additionally, she added, “It helped us directly reach out to our niche target audience, as the locations portrayed a good footfall for affluent consumers. We constantly evolve our retail strategy with the changing market scenario and ventured into an omnichannel model for expanding our offering to both online and offline consumers.”

Previously, Les Petits has released a number of collections including Dolce & Gabbana, the Givenchy, Kenzo and Moschino kids’ collections featuring the latest global fashion trends in sweatshirts, trouser sets, baby suits and baby rompers. Winter essentials like sleeping bags, blankets and sneakers are also part of the Autumn/Winter Collection which is available both online and in-store.

It has also collaborated with jewellery designer Rajasi Jindal to produce a line of children’s jewellery exclusively offered at its offline store.

Swati Saraf founded Les Petits in 2011 with the goal of providing a multi-brand range of premium children’s fashion from Versace, Moschino and Fendi among others. The brand is present in Delhi’s DLF Emporio and Mumbai’s Palladium Mall.
