The founders of OptimizeX had their own successful ecommerce stores with a finely tuned data analysis system that was mainly based on the traditional 2nd party tracking available through the normal sources like Facebook and Google analytics. However with the launch of iOS 14.5 in June 2021 and then combined with other security releases like the Goggles blocking of third-party cookies the analytics for marketing planning tanked. The OptimizeX founders were not going to be stopped by this crisis that hit everyone in ecommerce. After reviewing the solutions available in the market they soon realized there was no adequate solution available. Going back to their deep experience in technology, and provision of SAAS services to companies in the Fortune 500 combined this with their already extensive knowledge of ecommerce. The OptimizeX founders formed a team of expert coders from SAAS, AI, machine learning and data analysis backgrounds and developed an innovative perspective to deliver a disruptive new solution that would eclipse any other service offer and actually give results that were better than what they had before iOS 14.5 destroyed the market.
