The kensie apparel brand is sold in major department stores and specialty apparel stores.

New York – Parkview Home Textiles, which specializes in soft home and bath products, is adding a new brand to its portfolio.

The company has entered into a licensing agreement with Bluestar Alliance to produce and distribute home textiles for kensie, whose fashion apparel for women and girls is sold in major department stores and boutiques across the U.S. and Canada.

The multi-year agreement covers a range of products, including quilts, comforters, sheets, blankets, pillows, curtains, rugs and shower accessories.

Starwood Brands, Parkview Home Textiles licensing representative, has brokered the deal with Bluestar Alliance.

“The kensie brand is globally recognized for its contemporary designs that suit the modern women’s active lifestyle. We look forward to the expansion of the brand in the home textiles and soft goods categories incorporating design inspirations from the RTW and accessory collections,” said Joey Gabbay, CEO of Bluestar Alliance.

Bluestar Alliance COO Ralph Gindi said the partnership with Parkview Home Textiles marks the branding company’s next step to incorporate all the categories into the kensie brand, including home.

“The collections are constantly evolving as is our customer,” he added.

Parkview Home Textiles designs and manufactures for a wide range of distribution channels and focused on faster turnarounds, trendsetting aesthetics and long-term retail relationships. The new kensie home textiles and soft goods collection is expected to begin shipping in the first quarter of 2023.

“We are very pleased to welcome Kensie to our brand portfolio,” said Eddie Malach, Parkview Home Textiles CEO. “We believe this contemporary, sophisticated brand presents a growth opportunity across a number of important categories. With our wide range of resources, we are confident that we can grow Kensie into a meaningful brand for us and our retail customers.”
