New Delhi: Paytm E-commerce Private Limited (PEPL) has partnered with SPAR Hypermarket through Paytm se ONDC Network. This strategic collaboration entails the integration of an expansive ONDC network into the SPAR Hypermarket’s direct-to-consumer (D2C) catalog, offering users the convenience of exploring a diverse range of products across emerging shopping apps within the network, according to a media release.
“Paytm se ONDC Network has emerged as one of the most popular buyer platforms, driving convenience for users during online shopping. This partnership with SPAR Hypermarket is poised to unlock new avenues for growth, ultimately enhancing the customer experience,” a PEPL spokesperson said.
Currently, SPAR Hypermarket has over 20,000 products across categories such as apparel, fruits & vegetables, electronics and appliances, luggage & travel, and more from brands like Milton, Cello, Prestige, Borosil, Hawkins, Kissan, Pigeon, Wonderchef, Maharaja, Philips, Dove, Ponds, Safari, American Tourister, Aristocrat, and more.
Backed by the Government of India, the Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC) has been created to democratize the existing e-commerce ecosystem of the country. Since its launch in Bengaluru, ONDC now has a presence in Delhi-NCR, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, Kanchipuram, Hyderabad, Bagalkot, and Lucknow.
