Entero Healthcare is a startup that focuses on the healthcare industry’s supply chain. The company has a pan India distribution network, servicing more than 50,000 pharmacies, selling medicines of more than 150 top pharma companies.
Jaiswal left the jeweller earlier this year after a three-year-long stint. Prior to joining TBZ, Jaiswal was CTO at Globus. He has close to 22 years of professional experience and has worked with companies like Rediff.com and NIIT Technologies in the past.
Talking about joining a startup and not an established brand, he said, “When you want to work more, you join a startup and when you want to just capitalize on your past experience you join the bigger brand or bigger company. Everyone has their own way of choosing the career path and the definition of success too differs from person to person.”
He led various digital initiatives at TBZ ranging from moving to cloud, RPA, data analytics and AR/VR. Though jewellery business is usually considered traditional, Jaiswal within a short span of time helped TBZ redefine jewellery retail.
Jaiswal is PhD holder from Marymount University, Virginia, USA. He completed his Bachelors in Mathematics from Mumbai University and Masters in Technology from Manipal University.
