Supermercados ECONO Implements Software to Power Ecommerce Platform in Two Languages

Supermercados ECONO, a retailer with 64 grocery stores in Puerto Rico, is upgrading its current ecommerce platform, ECONO ToGo, with technology from Local Express. ECONO will utilize the tech upgrade to provide its shoppers with exceptional service.

The Local Express platform includes a “drop and play” marketing content management module that can facilitate retailers’ ability to quickly incorporate retail media marketing into ecommerce platforms. The software also provides bilingual English and Spanish content for every level of the ecommerce operation, including live customer service assistance in both languages. Local Express will provide “on location” training to store staff to ensure seamless transition from the current ecommerce platform.
