Usually, automobile enthusiasts and fans are crazy about retro cars that are untouched for several decades.

Some even believe that a barn find will bring good fortunes.

The classic Chevy Impala went on a sale on eBay recently.

The car was released in 1958 and the seller claims that the car isn’t used since 1972.

Surprisingly, the car’s value is high even today which is priced at $18,500.

It is a California find and located in El Paso, Texas.

It is a two-door hardtop model and wasn’t on roads for nearly five decades.

The Impala is covered in full black and still retains the old 348 4V engine with an automatic transmission.

The seller states that the car is pretty solid even after so many years.

Nonetheless, it is only rusted in a few areas like the spare tire area and the trunk pan.

Coming to the exterior, it still looks clean and decent.

But, the interior is damaged including the seats and the steering wheel.

It’s because an upholstery shop removed a few parts of the interior, whereas the dashboard and some gauges are still in place.

Many customers are willing to own the car at the cost of restoration.

The seller mentions that anyone interested in buying the car can take a look before making the purchase.

However, the buyer still needs to bear the transportation costs and a non-refundable deposit of $500 within 24 hours of the sale.
